Could you share briefly about your role in M-DAQ?

I am overall responsible for driving the group strategic partnership strategy, go-to-market plan, and prioritising the highest value partnership opportunities for development.

My goal is to establish mutually beneficial partnerships with an aim to deepen the firm’s capabilities to launch in new markets.

What are some challenges you've faced in your career in tech that you’ve learnt to overcome?

Transitioning from the structured environment of Banking to the dynamic realm of Fintech poses its challenges. I've come to realise that in Fintech, change is constant, and projects may not always unfold as anticipated.

With time, I've nurtured flexibility, adaptability, and resilience. Maintaining a curious and open mind to explore alternative innovative solutions proves invaluable in effectively addressing the problems or challenges at hand.

Share one piece of advice as a woman in tech

Cultivate confidence in your abilities and believe that your contributions are equally valuable.
