Could you share briefly about your role in M-DAQ?
I’m a product manager at M-DAQ. As a product manager, I work with tech, business, and other stakeholders to discover what’s needed for our products, define the ideal user experience for our customers, and prioritise features to suit our objectives.
What are some challenges you've faced in your career in tech that you’ve learnt to overcome?
Coming from a non-tech background, some of the jargon and processes were unfamiliar to me. I also learnt that I had to hone my communication skills to provide clearer direction, and consider some technical aspects that I previously would not have accounted for.
Being surrounded by incredibly kind, helpful and affirming coworkers and leaders at M-DAQ has allowed me to grow into the role and embrace the everyday challenges that come with it.
