As part of Scale-up SG, a programme initiated by Enterprise Singapore to help high-growth local companies accelerate growth and scale effectively, our chief M-DAQer Richard Koh and GM Corporate Finance & Strategy Jeremy Sng went on a learning journey with ESG partners McKinsey & Company and EY-Parthenon. They were accompanied by a cohort of other business leaders from industries ranging from healthcare and retail to trade. This 1-week programme provided many valuable lessons on effective leadership, and how that critically impacts on business scaling strategies. It was an intensive and immersive journey, but one where vital insights were gained and new friendships were forged.
